Chad and his team are extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I felt they went above and beyond to make sure my home was safe. They took the time to point out any safety concerns and made sure I had knowledge of any important details such as where to locate shut off valves. Chad has also made himself available to discuss his report after my home purchase, as questions have come up during needed repairs. Chad and his team are a rare find.

Closed on a house 6 yrs old last week. Furnace didn't work, has to get a service man to fix it. Numerous other code violations and life safety violations were not brought up in the report. When I called after the furnace report the guy was hateful, disrespectful abrasive and argrumentative. I don't know if there professional behavior or their competency is lower.

Chad did my inspection and he did fantastic. Found things that most people probably would not have caught. His inspection saved me from buying a money pit that was advertised as updated from top to bottom “like new.” When I have to get another inspection, I will definitely use Chad again.
