Before becoming a certified home inspector in Kansas City, I was in the real estate industry for over fifteen years. Five of those years have been spent appraising foreclosed properties with my wife. Foreclosed properties require a vast knowledge of what issues a home currently suffers from. This is where I found my love for inspecting.
With my years of hands on experience, accompanied by hundreds of hours of classroom education, I can now use this knowledge to help people who are buying a home or who simply want to know what is going on with their current home.
My passion is truly to help my customers, by providing the most thorough inspections that I can. I also love educating clients who may have questions about how to maintain their property or simply how a system works. Ryan has been involved in the Real Estate Industry since 2002. He has held many different positions in the industry ranging from working as a real estate agent, home remodeler, real estate investor, landlord and home inspector. Ryan has been a home inspector for over 15 years, inspecting thousands of homes in the Greater Kansas City area. Additionally, Ryan was an Instructor for new home inspectors for over 4 years training many new home inspectors in our area. Ryan possesses a vast knowledge regarding residential property inspections and loves helping people locate potential issues with their home and offering advice to help maintain your property. He has inspected a wide range of properties from single family homes, ranches, multi-family, and light commercial buildings. Ryan has earned the Certified Professional Inspector with Internachi including multiple additional certifications.
Ryan has been married for 23 years and is a father of six amazing kids. In his off time Ryan is a youth leader and a minister at his local church. Ryan enjoys outdoor activities such as fishing, camping, gardening and helping in his community.
