Before becoming a certified home inspector in Kansas City, I was in the real estate industry for over fifteen years. Five of those years have been spent appraising foreclosed properties with my wife. Foreclosed properties require a vast knowledge of what issues a home currently suffers from. This is where I found my love for inspecting.
With my years of hands on experience, accompanied by hundreds of hours of classroom education, I can now use this knowledge to help people who are buying a home or who simply want to know what is going on with their current home.
My passion is truly to help my customers, by providing the most thorough inspections that I can. I also love educating clients who may have questions about how to maintain their property or simply how a system works. With a background rooted in construction, I’ve spent most of my career working in and around the building industry. Growing up around construction and working for a home builder gave me hands-on experience with how homes are built and maintained. I also spent time working for Spire, where I gained valuable experience with natural gas systems and safety.
I am now entering my third year in the home inspection industry. I was trained in home inspections by Chad, the owner of KC RES, and have continued to build my knowledge and experience through inspections in the Kansas City area. My goal is to provide thorough, knowledgeable, and honest inspections that give clients confidence in their investment.
